Moto Designshop + Milyon will host an open house to display recent architectural work and introduce a new collaborative effort that engages lighting design as both a light source and artistic expression.

Philadelphia's Night Market is coming to Lancaster Avenue this Thursday August 14. This summer's Night Market will be on Lancaster Avenue between 35th and 39th streets. The stretch of Lancaster Ave will be blocked off to cars and trolleys to accomate for the night's 15,000 expected guests.

Climb the 18-foot-tall web of neural networks and zoom in to explore at the cellular level where neurons fire. Use your brain to explore your world, like a busy street filled with multi-sensory illusions that literally turn your world upside down. With over 70 interactive experiences, you'll begin to think about how you think and just maybe, it will change your mind.

Visit Philly, as part of the With Love, Philadelphia XOXO campaign, is running a photo contest now through August 3rd. The contest is open to regional residents, visitors, and fans for the chance to engage with Philadelphia and show off their best Philly image on a Phillyosophy billboard. The winning photo will appear on an I-95 billboard this fall as part of the popular With Love, Philadelphia XOXO campaign.

Next week Data Garden will join the Philadelphia Museum of Art for Art Splash – a summer program for kids at the PMA. From July 29th – August 3rd, Data Garden will present a week of workshops, installation art, and performance pieces inspired by Pablo Picasso’s Three Musicians.

Visit the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education this Saturday for the unveiling of the completed LandLab installation. LandLab is a new artist residency program launched this Spring. The program - a joint project of the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education and the Center for Emerging Visual Artists - operates to connect artist creation with ecological restoration and education. The result of LandLab will be an innovative, art-based installations that prevent or remediate environmental damage while raising public awareness about our local ecology.
