Join GroundSwell for a PHS Happy Hour!

TUESDAY, JULY 22 | 5:30-7:30 PM

Groundswell is taking over the PHS Pop Up Garden for their second annual GroundSwell Happy Hour at the PHS Pop Up Garden at 1428 South Street, next to the Jamaican Jerk Hut! Tickets to the event are $12, and you get admission to the Garden plus a two drink ticket (good for two beers, wines, or cocktails). GroundSwell's special guest for the evening will be Philadelphia's new Chief Cultural Officer, Helen Haynes for the Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy. Haynes is the community liaison between the City's cultural institutions, and will be available to speak with attendees and memberso of the cultural community about her plans for OACCE -- her responsibility to exapnd arts education and development of the City's arts, culture and creative economy sector by promoting public and private investments.
