Join the Community Design Collaborative and Partners for Sacred Places for the announcement of Infill Philadelphia: Sacred Places/Civic Spaces on Tuesday, June 5, 5:30 to 8:00 pm at the Center for Architecture and Design. Mix and mingle with participating congregations, community partners, designers, advisors, advocates, providers and policy makers.
Learn more about our new neighborhood focused design initiative to explore ideas for how to activate underutilized historic sacred properties in ways that expand the civic commons, serve a larger secular purpose, and strengthen communities.
- Celebrate the opening of our Sacred Places/Civic Spaces Precedent Exhibition highlighting national best practices on display June 1 – July 31, 2018
- Be introduced to the three sites and design teams selected for the Design Challenge
- Draw inspiration from remarks by keynote remarks by Rev. Tim Safford, Rector of Christ Church in Philadelphia
