DesignPhiladelphia 2014 Take A Seat Silent Auction

August 31, 2015 | DesignPhiladelphia, 2015 Festival
The 11th Annual DesignPhiladelphia Festival events are up! This year’s SHIFT theme is inspired by the rapid changes in Philadelphia’s skyline and urban landscape and how these changes have the power to shift perceptions around the city. From October 8th through the 16th universities, cultural institutions, city agencies, retailers, manufacturers and startups across the region participate in close to 100 events on topics spanning all design disciplines. All DesignPhiladelphia events are open to the public and a majority are free of charge. New for the Festival this year is the introduction of track-based programming. We've streamlined the programming into six tracks to help attendees more easily discover the events that interest them. Each track is geared toward a program goal and specific audience, and together they reflect the many different ways it is possible to engage with and be impacted by design. Tracks will have signature events that embody the spirit of the programming goals.
